Observe and check the stirring paddle from the lid mirror, first press the stirring paddle start button (green) to observe the rotation of the stirring paddle-it should be turned counterclockwise, if the steering is wrong, the motor should be switched into the line, and then confirm the steering. start up. If there is abnormal noise when rotating slowly, stop and check.
4. Check that the turning direction of the pelletizing knife should be clockwise, and the checking method is the same as above.
5. Commission the gas seal, gas seal cleaning and water cooling system.
Air seal and air seal cleaning are completed by a common set of pipelines. During commissioning, first turn the command switch to the stop position, observe whether there is overflow or leakage of gas and water in the air cavity, and if necessary, check the one-way valve. In the second step, move the command switch to the intake position to check whether there is air. Finally, turn the command switch to the water inlet position to see if there is water. If there is any abnormality, check the diaphragm valve. Water cooling is determined according to the pot temperature and process requirements. When the pot body heats up after continuous work and needs to be cooled, the cooling water outlet valve can be opened to adjust the flow rate. The flow rate is large and the cooling is fast. At the same time determine the required temperature setting, which is automatically performed by the temperature control.
