Description of Mold Dehumidifying Dryer
The GMD mold dehumidifier are used in mold condensation problem
due to chilled water cooling system to shorten the molding cycle time,
especically PET prefarm production line. The condensation of mold
surface is because when the ambient temperature is below the dew
point&create water condensation, affecting the products quality&
production feeiciency. corrosion of the mold surface, thus casing the
pollution environment of the work place. The mold dehumidifier is
using honeycom system operated to ensure the mod remain around
0-10 low dew paint environment without having condensation,
dramatically reducing the defect rate.
