Weighing masterbatch mixer is a precision instrument that is used in injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding processing. It automatically mixes one main material and one or two kinds of color masterbatches or additives in proportion. This series of products adopts PLC editing controller, which can accurately measure the adding proportion of masterbatch and additive. Using the touch screen as the user operation interface is more intuitive and convenient. This mixer can be operated synchronously with various molding machine signals. This eliminates the need to store a large amount of pre-dyeing raw materials to ensure consistent performance of molded products. Screw diameter is divided into five types of 12, 14, 16, 20, 25, can provide different output of 0.04 to 32 kg per hour for the customer to choose from, and another color masterbatch, multi-color masterbatch for customers to choose.
