The one-step granulator is named after its easy-to-use workflow. The biggest difference between this machine and the traditional granulator is the mixing and granulation. The drying technology is completed in a one-step granulator at a time. Because of its simple operation, it is widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. One-step granulator features
The one-step granulator combines the material auxiliary material in a closed container, granulates, and boils and dries one time. It is also a three-step process for preparing the granules, which is usually completed in a closed container and called one-step granulation. One-step granulator is a foreign product. It has been introduced into China since the beginning of the year. It has been used in pharmaceutical factories for nearly 30 years, and it has been mass-produced since the early 1990s. This equipment is generally used in the newly built “GMP” standard factory building. Because the one-step granulator is a three-in-one machine, it integrates three process parameters, so it is difficult to operate this machine at the beginning. In particular, the technical power of small plants is relatively weak and even more difficult to operate. This is also the case with the one-step granulator, as long as the prescription is changed on the basis of the original granulation, and the experiment is started from the sample. The process parameters data are mature, and then start the sample until the workshop mass production.
One-step granulator working principle
The one-step granulator uses a clean hot air stream to blow the materials and accessories in a closed container from the bottom to a fluidized state (negative pressure). In the container, the material excipients are fluctuating up and down without any rules, and mixed in the fluttering to achieve a uniform state. The binder is then sprayed to wet and agglomerate the powdered material and dried by hot air to form porous particles. It is a process in which the mixing, mixing, granulating and drying processes in the conventional granulation are combined in the same container. In the ideal parameters to complete the operation, it is called one-step granulation.
Structure and operation features:
(1) The one-step method consists of forming an airtight container from the upper, middle and lower cylinders, and a specific directional vent on the cylinder. If there is a large positive pressure in the cylinder, the vent door will open automatically. Explosion vents vent outside the vent passage.
(2) A quick stop valve is installed in each of the intake and exhaust ducts. Once an explosion occurs, the quick stop valve in the intake and exhaust ducts is quickly closed, and forced positive pressure can only be discharged from the vent.
(3) The upper cylinder body is equipped with a collection and dedusting device, and the oscillating and dust collection of the trapping bag is achieved through the reciprocating motion of the cylinder. The material of the trapping bag is an antistatic polyester cloth, and the conductive fiber is woven in the cloth surface and is not easy to produce. Static electricity improves electrostatic adsorption dust. The trapping bag is in the form of an integral hoisting. It is more convenient to install and remove, and there is an inflatable seal ring in the bag holder to ensure that the movable catcher bag holder can be tightly fixed on the cylinder wall. It is equipped with a fall arrest device to ensure the safety of the installation and personnel. Most manufacturers in China turn the trapping bag over the outside of the cylinder, which is inconvenient for installation and removal. And it is difficult to meet the "GMP" requirements.
(4) The jacking bracket of the lower cylinder adopts a cylinder type, which is lifted by double large-diameter cylinders, so that the three cylinders can be completely sealed. The flange of the cylinder body is sealed with a flange line and a silicon rubber gasket, which has no leakage and high reliability. And in the sleeve type of the lower cylinder and the bracket, the lower inflatable sealing ring is installed to ensure that the movable sleeve cylinder can be completely sealed without leakage.
(5) Filter heater, made of stainless steel, outsourcing mirror or pattern stainless steel, filter for the sub-high efficiency filter.
(6) The damper adopts an imported servo system so that the damper can control the opening degree by an equal percentage. Changing the traditional manual method used in the past has fundamentally ensured the controllability of the boiling state.
The on-site operation cabinet adopts all-pneumatic method, all kinds of switches, buttons, instruments and meters are all pneumatic components, and no spark is generated. It is suitable for solvent-based process operations.
