How to avoid noise when using the center conveying system

Variety of useful functions, especially monitoring and protection the center conveying system has, and as it stands though, the system has been widely used in the plastic processing industry. However, abnormal noise sometimes generates during the using time. Then, how to solve this problem? Suggestions are as follows:

1. replace the appropriate hydraulic oil in the central feed system to reduce the flow resistance

2. Check whether the hydraulic components of the system are damaged or not, and ,make sure the oil pipeline is not blocked.

3.Check the oil mass , noise may generate by when it lacks of hydraulic oil in the tank.

4.mechanical failure such as bearing wear , mechanical lubrication shortage or loose parts, may cause noise as well, so check regularly.
