Normal shutdown procedure of water mold temperature machine

(1) When the water temperature is above 100°C, be sure to lower the temperature to below 60°C and turn off the power supply. Otherwise, the heater may burn out.
(2) When the machine stops for a long time, please remove the power plug and discharge the circulating water in the system.
The
Periodically change the water cycle of the tower every month to ensure that the water source is clean and the water quality is softened; regular addition of rust inhibitors and algaecides.
Monthly regular cleaning of the water temperature filter and level switch.
Clean the solenoid valve one month.
Clean the heater for three months.
The unused inlet and outlet of the water-type mold temperature machine is connected with a Teflon tube to prevent burning of the water temperature machine and accidentally knocking open the valve to burn people.
Always confirm that the Teflon tube and fittings are intact. One year replacement.
Replace the heat medium oil one year. Make sure that the heat medium oil type is the same.
